Kaushik has over 24 years of global experience in leading and implementing Innovation, Growth, Transformation, and Sustainability programs in global organizations such as Philips, Honeywell, Cemex as well as Startups and R&D organizations. Kaushik has a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Sydney, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Sharath Bhatt
Sharath is an entrepreneurial business leader with a passion for innovation. Sharath has over 16 yers of experience in marketing, business development, and strategy / M&A, having worked for companies such as Philips, Stryker, Medtonics and other global brands. Sharath has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from P.E.S Institute of Technology, Bangalore (PESIT), and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR).
Ms. Nara Luvsan
Nara has spent decades working with governments, a range of UN agencies and the World Bank on development assistance at country and regional settings. She is well versed in sustainable environment and development and has deep experience in developing creative and productive solutions across multiple cultural barriers. Her last role was as a Senior Advisor on Europe and Asia with UNEP. Nara is fluent in 5 languages, has a Masters in International Public Policy from SAIS Johns Hopkins University and an economics degree from the Berlin University of Technology and Economics.
Dr. Derek Pelland
Derek is an highly motivated and dedicated development educator with a passion for leadership development and entrepreneurship. Derek started his career as a US Marine Corps, and since then has over 15 years experience in leadership development and facilitation, having worked for various organizations such as the UNHCR, Robert K. Greenleaf Center, College du Leman International School in Geneva, and Istituto Aleardo Aleardi, Italy. Derek has a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the Pepperdine University, California.
